Hall rent will be applicable if the number of persons is less than 100 for hall.
40% advance payment against confirmation (non-refundable in case of cancellation or postponement under any circumstances), balance 60% of the payment shall be made 7 days prior to the function & final payment, if any strictly at the end of the function by cash/credit card/cheque (local cheque only). The management reserves the right to cancel the function if the payment is not paid on time.
Kindly submit a copy of PAN/TAN card for the billing.
All charges will be levied and calculated on the actual number of persons or the guaranteed number of persons whichever is higher.
Outside food and beverages of any kind will not be permitted in the premises for consumption during the function.
Any reduction in number of guaranteed persons is allowed 48 hrs prior of the function & not later.
Menus to be finalized at least one week in advance. Crackers are not allowed inside and in the vicinity of Velvet24.
DJ & any other music instruments are not allowed in banquet premises.
Music, loudspeaker & dance are not allowed in Velvet24 and also in banquet. We are not responsible for any incidence.
Decoration, all kinds of useful amenities (like electronics, equipment, stage, projector) can be arranged which will be charged extra.
Food, snacks, drinks ordered at banquet are for consumption within the banquet premises only; will be packed.
We can’t provide any sitting service in banquet premises.
Seating capacity available in hall: 100 nos.
The management will not be responsible for the loss of any valuable within the premises.
Alcohol, outside beverages & eatable items from outside are not allowed in the banquet premises.
Party will be responsible for any physical damage done to the premises.
Vehicle parking at owner’s risk.
Any animals are not allowed in Velvet24.
If any problem of electricity cut during the function, the premises is not responsible.
GST tax will be applicable as per government rules.
